Reference Library
Begun in 1978, the Reference Library’s ever-growing holdings focus on all aspects of New York City’s built and natural environments. The heart of the library is a unique collection of several hundred thousand clippings culled from major New York City dailies as well as neighborhood weeklies, magazines and newsletters covering broad topics like New York City buildings, historic preservation, planning, public art, real estate development and zoning.
