MAS Continued Resilience Efforts

MAS is assisting the NYC Mayor’s Special Initiative for Rebuilding & Resiliency (SIRR) outreach program, by helping to recruit volunteer facilitators for community-based workshops they are conducting in mid-March in the key neighborhoods affected by Superstorm Sandy. The workshops will be held over a 10 day period from March 6 – March 19, 2013 in the five impacted areas of New York City (Staten Island, Lower Manhattan, Southern Brooklyn, Southern Queens, the Brooklyn/Queens Waterfront).
