janes walk broadway crowdThanks to the generous support of members, donors and engaged citizens, in the last year alone MAS… restored FIVE early-20th century murals in the City Hall council chamber testified EIGHT times before City Council, agencies and local elected officials, and engaged DOZENS of decision-makers on planning and preservation policy trained TWO HUNDRED FIFTY community leaders through our Livable Neighborhoods program led TWO HUNDRED public walking tours plus SIXTY tours of Grand Central Terminal and SEVENTY Jane’s Walks organized by urban enthusiasts in all five boroughs recommended FIFTY SIX greening measures as part of the Henry Street Settlement energy retrofit project presented NINETEEN awards to New Yorkers who have enhanced our city hosted TWO Arts Forums and SIX public programs, bringing the best and brightest civic innovators to a broad audience convened FIVE HUNDRED thought-leaders at the MAS Summit for New York City released THREE informative research reports on the Garment District, the East River Waterfront and the state of the arts in New York added TWO THOUSAND news items to the Greenacre Reference Library reached EIGHTEEN THOUSAND people through public programs and tours We could not have made this happen without our supporters.  Please help us continue to serve as the voice and champion for New York City.  Make your gift today to join our movement for a more livable New York!
