SIRR Report: Climate Analysis

This post is part of an ongoing series of infographic summaries to distill the key points of the SIRR report. The report’s second chapter on Climate Analysis forecasts rising sea levels coupled with hotter days, among other intense projections. Although the report cautions there is range of uncertainty for these projections, New York City will become increasingly vulnerable to the threats that climate change brings. Listed below are some of the projections made by the New York City Panel on Climate Change (NPCC), which is composed of scientists, academics, and practitioners.
