Woodlawn Cemetery is the resting place of many notable New Yorkers and many with ties to the Bronx. This walk through Woodlawn will take you through the Jerome Avenue side of the Cemetery and end at the final resting place of Robert Moses. Woodlawn Cemetery is a National Historic Landmark, known for having the largest and finest collection of funerary art in the Country. Many of the mausoleums were designed by notable architects of the Gilded Age. This is a walk so please dress for weather and wear comfortable shoes. The tour will be led by Susan Olsen, Woodlawn’s Director of Historical Services.

The walk is on a paved road. There is a golf cart available for those with mobility issues.
