Join branch staff from Battery Park City Library for an in-person walking tour!
Learn more about the history and landmarks of this neighborhood and connect with community. We’ll take a walk through the Battery Park City area, tracing the history of local buildings and landmarks. The tour will last approximately one hour and will begin at our neighborhood library. We’ll tour sites including the Irish Hunger Memorial, Rockefeller Park, Teardrop Park, and some local public art pieces. Join us to learn more about the history of Battery Park City, current events, and important sites.
