Manhattan’s 57th Street: From (A)utos to (Z)illionaires

Janes Walk

Led By Jeremy Willinger

Explore the famed 57th Street, once the home of many prominent automobile makers and dealers as we trace the steps of many of today’s most notable car companies and learn why this street became an early center of the automobile revolution in the early twentieth century. Then, see how 57th street transformed again to host the world’s richest individuals as it revamped itself to “Billionaire’s Row” just 100 years later.

This will be an entertaining, in-person exploration of one cross-street and the cross-cultural influences still being made as we walk!
