Staten Island Children’s Museum Family Adventure Walk: Discover Animals!

Janes Walk

Led By Betsy Wilson, Staten Island Children's Museum

Join an informal walk including a stop inside Staten Island Children’s Museum’s “Bugs and Other Arthropods” exhibit and a tour of select gardens on the grounds of Snug Harbor to find other animals. At different times of the year, you may find birds, fish, turtles, butterflies and more! Learn how insects and other arthropods are essential, and without them, humans and other animals could not survive.
