This walk is to explore Sunnyside, Queens Preservation… the Sunnyside Theater is about to be torn down. On the same block it used to be the Sunnyside Boxing ring which is a Wendy’s now. I will head to the 46th street Bliss station next. Artdeco Buildings at 45-01 Queens Boulevard, 43-31 45th street. Then I will proceed to 50-02 39th avenue. Then the Phipps Apartment houses. It ends at the Sunnyside Private Gardens.
