On view at the Plaza at 300 Ashland, Ekene Ijeoma’s immersive art installation Breathing Pavilion offers a safe and peaceful sanctuary at a time when many have experienced hardship or loss. On Saturday, May 8 at 7 pm, join us on Instagram Live (@ekeneijeoma) as we activate the installation with a solo performance by GRAMMY-winning trumpeter Keyon Harrold.

Accessibility

Visit Breathing Pavilion, on View through May 11. The Plaza at 300 Ashland is located at the intersection of Lafayette Ave and Flatbush Ave in Brooklyn, a short walk from the B/D, N/Q/R, 2/3, and 4/5 subway lines at Atlantic-Barclays, the G train at Fulton St, and the C train at Lafayette Ave, as well as a number of bus stops. The plaza is accessible to wheelchairs and there is both stepped seating built into the plaza as well as bistro tables and chairs.
