On Wednesday, December 12, 5:30—8:00 PM, at Center for Architecture, MAS and Urban Archive will team up with photographers and authors, James and Karla Murray, for a night of trivia inspired by our great city. Aligned with the MAS 125th anniversary exhibit, Toward a Livable City, we will put your knowledge to the test in three rounds covering the themes of New York then and now, MAS history (look for clues throughout the exhibit!), and iconic dining locations that help define the delicious reputation of the five boroughs.
Complimentary beer, wine, and snacks will be served throughout the evening!
The top three teams will take home bragging rights and prizes, including MAS and Urban Archive merch and copies of James and Karla Murray’s critically acclaimed books, Store Front: The Disappearing Face of New York and Storefront II: A History Preserved. Copies of the books will also be available for sale.
Space is extremely limited! This event is an exclusive offering for MAS Urbanist members and admission is $10.
