Walk Up and Row the Hudson River

Janes Walk

SOLD OUT, WAITLIST FULL

Led By Philip Yee, VP/Village Community Boathouse

After trying to have a walking tour before a row the last two years, we are eliminating the walking tour as it wasn’t enough time rowing. We will teach you how to row in the cove at Pier 40. Point out points of interest observable on our row on the river. Bring a water bottle and a hat for sun protection. We supply the Life Jackets.

Accessibility

We climb down a ladder to get into the boat. We have access to a floating dock for wheelchair bound rowers who don't mind climbing the threshold between the boat and the dock. Close Subway stations are Houston Street (1 Train) and West 4th Street (A,C,D,E,F Trains). Citibike station just south of Pier 40.

Location Information

RSVP is required and capacity is limited. Meeting location, ending location, and directions will be provided via email before walk date.
