Jane’s Walk NYC Submission Form

Join the Municipal Art Society of New York (MAS) for Jane’s Walk NYC 2023 – an annual festival of volunteer-led, neighborhood walks that generate conversation about the city to celebrate its vibrant past, present, and future.

Due to COVID-19, in 2020 and 2021, Jane’s Walk was re-imagined in virtual and self-guided formats. In 2022, MAS was excited to present a hybrid model for the festival, where you can choose to lead a guided group walk in-person and/or in your preferred virtual or self-guided format. In 2023, we will be presenting this hybrid festival once again, offering both in-person and virtual options.  To read more about how to lead a walk and access resources for researching your walk idea, access our 2023 walk leader guide!

For outdoor walks, masks will not be required,  If you prefer to wear a mask, though, we want you to feel comfortable doing so. For walks that take participants inside, leaders and attendees will be asked to comply with this venue or facility’s mask requirements.

Please note: submitted walk activities will not appear on the Jane’s Walk NYC site until the roster is released in April. You will receive an email to your primary email address with the confirmation of your walk submission details.
