Planning and Preservation on Chelsea’s West 23rd Street

Janes Walk

Led By Laurence Frommer, Save Chelsea & MAS Docent

With architecture from 19th century townhouses, to Byzantine and Art Deco apartments, join Save Chelsea for a walk and examination of the many urban planning and historic preservation questions that challenge this fabled street artery today.
