We will walk will go through the first Landmark Historic District of NYC: Brooklyn Heights. Start at Borough Hall and end at Fulton Ferry Landing in DUMBO, in the midst of 1284 buildings in the area, with over 600 built before the civil war and over a 1000 before 1900. This includes over 60 early carriage houses and over a dozen churches. The most famous church is Plymouth Church, the parish of abolitionist minister Henry Ward Beecher, which was also a part of the Underground Railroad.
