Led By Cynthia Chaldekas, New York Public Library, Senior Librarian Mid Manhattan Library - NYPL

The corner of 42nd Street and 5th Avenue is often considered the center of Manhattan. Learn about the neighborhood through the curious stories and experiences of veteran NYPL librarian Cynthia Chaldekas. Cynthia has worked as a Senior Librarian at Mid Manhattan branch of NYPL for over 15 years. Over the years Midtown has undergone many changes, some good and some disappointing, but whatever the change, they have all been interesting in some way.
