We will stop at places in both Central Harlem & Spanish Harlem where accomplished women, both famous & not, are honored. Stops include named buildings, murals & mosaics, statues, plaques on the sidewalk, & commemorative street corners. The women range from A’Lelia Walker to Nicholasa Mohr to Zora Neale Hurston. The tour also offers a great look at Harlem. This 50-minute presentation, followed by Q&A, was recorded during Women’s History Month 2021
