From May to October of 1967, hippies flocked to the Lower East Side, heralding in community activism, natural food, communal living, experimental theater, Eastern philosophy, musical expression and progressive politics. Experience a day in the life of a runaway hippie and learn about the murder that brought the Summer of Love to an end.
