About The Power Broker

50 years ago, The Power Broker was first published, making an indelible mark on literary history. Robert Caro’s Pulitzer Prize winning, modern American classic explores not only the saga of Robert Moses’ incredible accumulation of power but the story of his shaping (and misshaping) of 20th-century New York. “Surely the greatest book ever written about a city”—according to David Halberstam, it has never gone out of print and is now available as an Ebook for the first time.
