Creatives (Including You) on the UWS

Janes Walk

Led By Krista Millar

From Robert Moses to Jerome Robbins to JD Salinger to Thelonious Monk to James Dean to Al Pacino to Lady Gaga, all of these creatives may have been influenced by their time on the UWS. On a short walk in the Lincoln Center/San Juan Hill neighborhood to Central Park West, we will investigate how these artists and visionaries drew from the New York City environment to influence their own art and stories. At each stop, there will be time for discussion and prompts for your own creativity, so join in by bringing a journal and pen with you.

Krista has been interested in writers and creativity for 15 years, making a career out of being a teacher of adults and university students, and now is a writing coach for entrepreneurs and aspiring non-fiction book writers. She shares info for writers at https://kristamillar.ck.page/22df5dd223
