While our regular MAS walking tours are suspended until further notice, we are pleased to offer virtual tours for MAS members.

From Sniffen Court, Manhattan’s first historic district, to Turtle Bay Gardens, this illustrated talk explores some of midtown’s more unusual and desirable residential enclaves. Located on quieter side streets, within blocks of the East River, Matt will discuss well-designed parks and ensembles that challenge the ever-present urban grid, including former stables, hidden houses, and trend-setting apartment complexes.
