Join Matt Postal for a tour of Manhattan’s newest and, perhaps, most controversial neighborhood. Anchored by a subway station and park, this very high-profile mixed-use development stands mostly above active railroad tracks, and “opened” in April 2019. En route, we’ll explore the glassy complex and its public spaces, while viewing the Spur, the latest section of the High Line, as well as adjacent sites where the Manhattan West development, and the Spiral, designed by BIG, are rapidly rising.
