Harlem historian and Columbia University Community Scholar, John Reddick will lead an exploration of Harlem through the life and eyes of novelist and activist James Baldwin. As Harlem and NYC prepare to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Stonewall, it’s interesting to explore Harlem’s cultural history through the LGBT lens of James Baldwin, one of the community’s most dynamic cultural figures.
