Land Art Projects in New York City

Considering values of nature, time, and space in an urban setting

With Sylvia Laudien-Meo

Join us for a presentation and discussion of various land and Earth art projects in New York City. Some are permanently installed as public art or in galleries, some ephemeral but holding a distinctive spot in the city’s cultural history, some outspokenly political, some exquisitely poetic. On a shared screen we will be able to look at images of these remarkable art works and engage in a group discussion.

Friday, May 29
11:00 AM — 12:30 PM
