Mc Kim, Mead & White in Brooklyn

With Francis Morrone
The latest installment of our McKim, Mead & White survey takes us across the river to Brooklyn, where the architects not only left their mark, but did some of their best work. We’ll look at their work in and around Prospect Park, at the complicated and strange history of the Brooklyn Museum, and more, including, as always, works by architects who worked for McKim, Mead & White before going off on their own, in this case especially the great Brooklyn architect Frank Helmle.
All tours are Eastern Time and last approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
