Richmond Hill North

A Victorian Village in the Center of Queens

With William Gati, AIA, RA, MUP

Join architect, licensed NYC tour guide, and professor at NYIT in Old Westbury William Gati for this walk of Richmond Hill North in Queens, a federal and state designated historic district. Richmond Hill was developed as one of the first suburb communities in the 1890s, and we’ll visit some of the neighborhood’s historic parks, churches, houses, schools, and shops. Victorian houses are still preserved, some in their original splendor. We will have a chance to see interiors and exteriors of these houses as well as churches and the RKO Keith’s Theater. 2 LU provided for AIA members
