New! Riverside Drive, Part 1

[In-person tour] Winding up the western coast of Manhattan, Riverside Drive has more than just sweeping views of the Hudson River and the Palisades. With Tour guide Zack Rhodes we will visit numerous religious institutions, a Beaux Arts fraternity house, a resting place for a U.S. President, and a memorial to New York’s Bravest. While passing through multiple historic districts which inspired the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, you will view statues honoring larger than life New Yorkers, a marble mansion whose prohibition era tunnels lead to the river, anda lost art museum. Look for Part 2 in the coming months.

In-person tours are limited to 25 attendees and are held outdoors.  Walking tours bring individuals into close proximity with each other, we therefore recommend that all tour goers wear masks during the tours, regardless of vaccination status.  Your tour guide and your fellow tour participants will thank you for your cooperation.  Should the tours happen to venture indoors, many places require masks and/or proof of vaccination, so please be prepared to have both with you.
