Riverside Drive, Part 2

With Zack Rhodes

[In-person tour] Serpentining up the western coast of Manhattan, Riverside Drive has more than just sweeping views of the Hudson River and the Palisades. With tour guide Zack Rhodes, we will visit numerous centers for religious education, former mansions for New York’s most powerful residents, private homes that became consulates, and a memorial to a former First Lady. While passing through multiple historic districts you will view William Randolph Heart’s former residence, gaze at Riverside Park, the setting for the final Seinfeld episode, a home multiple Broadway stars have owned, and discover a park named after a French heroine.

In-person tours are limited to 25 attendees, last approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours, and are held outdoors. Walking tours bring individuals into close proximity with each other, we therefore recommend that all tour goers wear masks during the tours, regardless of vaccination status. Your tour guide and your fellow tour participants will thank you for your cooperation. Should the tours happen to venture indoors, many places require masks and/or proof of vaccination, so please be prepared to have both with you.
