Join us for a walk through Woodlawn Cemetery and visit the final resting place of many of the Bronx Real Estate Developers and see the changes to the Cemetery that occurred due to the system of highways proposed by Robert Moses. Moses is also buried at Woodlawn. The walk is about 1.5 miles, participants should wear comfortable shores. The Woodlawn Cemetery is a National Historic Landmark and Level II Arboretum. This guided walk will also highlight notable residents of Woodlawn.

Accessibility

The pace is moderate. There will be a golf cart available if participants have trouble walking.

RSVP is required and capacity is limited. Meeting location, ending location, and directions will be provided via email before walk date.
