Take the A Train with the Transit Museum!

Janes Walk

Led By Kate Lancely AND Polly Desjarlais, Museum Educators, New York Transit Museum

As the longest line in the New York City subway system, the A train line runs 31 miles across three boroughs, and traverses diverse communities along the way. Join us online for a digital discussion to discover unique features of the line and the history of its construction, including the individuals who helped build it and stories about some of the communities it serves.

Closed captioning will be available.
