Ye Olde NYU Uptown Campus – since the early 1970s the home of Bronx Community College/CUNY – is a treasure trove of architectural history, from the National Historic Landmark Beaux Arts beauties of Stanford White to the mid-century brutal of Marcel Breuer to the neo-neo classical revival of Robert A.M.Stern. Neighborhood native and NYU ’70 grad Howard Yourow leads a tour of the 50+ acres, situated on New York’s highest point.
