Tell the Mayor his DOB must intervene

Last week, New York State Supreme Court Justice W. Franc Perry issued a decision striking down the gerrymandered zoning lot at 200 Amsterdam Avenue and ordering the developer to demolish nearly half of the building.
According to an email obtained by MAS and sent by SJP Properties on Friday, February 21, they intend to continue construction on the 668-foot luxury tower this weekend and into next week.
