MAS & Partners Urge State Assembly to Pass Parks Alienation Bill A3264

On April 24, 2019, MAS joined together with the Trust for Public Land and New Yorkers for Parks to deliver a memorandum of support urging the New York State Assembly to pass Assembly Bill A3264, which will provide important protection for parks and other open space by codifying case law regarding the alienation of municipal parkland.
