Greener Corridors continues with the fourth article in the initiative’s exploration of the challenges and opportunities to improve the city’s major thoroughfares. Part 4 surveys the planning and policy landscape in New York City, painting a picture of how far the city has come in transforming its largest roadways, where it has stalled, and how much remains to be done.
